Our Story

I have always had a sweet tooth for yummy treats and I have enjoyed baking for family and friends.

I realized while getting ready to celebrate my daughter's first birthday that I should be the one baking such a special cake. It was then that I thought this would be my dream job! 

I started taking cake decorating classes at a local store and before long I found myself taking pastry classes at The Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. That lead to classes in cake design with pastry Chefs that I admired for their work.

Soon, Pink Little Cake was born out of a tiny rental kitchen and my need to be creative. In 2019 I was given the opportunity to work as Pastry Chef at The Meeting House restaurant in Princeton, a dream job doing what I love. Soon I found myself looking to expand my own business and with the support of my family and close friends, I took a leap of faith and leased a big commercial kitchen space.

My team and I hope to win your trust with your most special occasions, whether is a 1st birthday cake, a wedding, custom cupcakes or sweet treats, I promise they will look and taste delicious!
